Can EZShift follow the rules for young workers?

Yes. Tag your young employees and add rules for them, such as the latest time a shift may end or the maximum hours per week. The engine keeps to these rules when it builds the schedule, and warns you if a manual change would break one.

We have several branches. Is it one system?

Yes. Every branch has its own shifts, positions and schedule, all in one system. Managers get the permissions they need, whether that is one branch or all of them.

Can I compare branches with each other?

Yes. The chain comparison puts your branches side by side: head count, planned and actual hours, schedule details and attendance details, so you can see which branch runs over, which is short and where people come in late.

How do we staff up for weekends and sales?

Give busy shifts more positions, save your shift patterns as templates, and let the engine fill them by availability and your rules. Open shifts can also go to employees in the app.

Can employees clock in only when they are at the store?

Yes. Clocking in from the app can require the employee’s location. Employees can also clock in with an NFC tag or with a time clock.

Can seasonal hires sign their forms in the app?

Yes. With the digital forms module, contracts, store policies and other forms reach new employees in the app automatically. They sign on their phone, a signed PDF is saved, and you can see and remind anyone who hasn’t signed yet.

Our store teams add up to hundreds of people. Does the board stay readable?

Yes. Some of our customers run several hundred employees on a single board. Group it by position, hide the names to see coverage only, filter to one department, and highlight one employee to see their shifts and availability.
