Questions about the manager app

Is the manager app a separate app?

No. It’s the same EZShift app employees use. Managers see the manager menus, and someone who is both an employee and a manager sees both.

What can each manager do in the app?

Exactly what their permissions allow on the web. A shift manager and a schedule manager see different menus and can do different things.

Do I get alerts on my phone?

Yes, attendance alerts arrive as push notifications or email, as you choose: a missing clock-in, a missing clock-out, a shift close to 12 hours and more.

Is there anything I can only do on a computer?

System settings and adding many employees at once are done on a computer. Day-to-day work on the schedule, approvals, attendance and messages all work on the phone.
