Yes. Set your rotation pattern once, for example two mornings, two evenings, two nights and two days off, and it rolls on week after week. The engine fills any gaps by skills, availability and your rules.
Can we plan different scenarios?
Yes. Plan schedules for different scenarios, such as seasons, product lifecycles or customers, and use the one that fits the demand.
How do we make sure only certified people work at a station?
Each employee has positions and skills, such as machine operator, forklift driver or quality control. The engine assigns people only to stations that match them, and you can add rules like a licensed forklift driver on every warehouse shift.
Can EZShift help us control overtime?
Yes. Rules can limit hours per employee, and the planned against actual view shows overtime during the week, so you can act before it reaches payroll.
Can new employees sign safety forms in the app?
Yes. With the digital forms module, safety briefings, procedures and equipment forms reach new employees in the app automatically. They sign on their phone, a signed PDF is saved, and you can see and remind anyone who hasn’t signed yet.
A plant with hundreds of workers on one board. Is that readable?
