The EZShift Web Site is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages operated by EZShift or its affiliates (collectively, the "EZShift Web Site"). The EZShift Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the EZShift Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription to the EZShift platform at any time by providing written notice through the system or via customer support.Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods, except in cases where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of EZShift.If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Service Responsibility and Support
EZShift is committed to providing reliable and professional service. However, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
In the event that EZShift is unable to provide the service, in whole or in part, due to technical issues, force majeure, system failures, maintenance, or any other reason beyond reasonable control, EZShift shall make reasonable efforts to restore the service as soon as possible.
In such cases, EZShift may, at its discretion, provide service credits or refunds for the affected period, where appropriate.
EZShift provides customer support through designated communication channels, including email and in-system support, and will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Service Provision and Activation
Upon successful registration and completion of payment, access to the EZShift platform will generally be granted immediately or within a short reasonable period, unless technical or administrative issues require additional processing time.
EZShift reserves the right to delay activation in exceptional circumstances, including verification processes, system maintenance, or compliance requirements.
The customer acknowledges that minor delays in service activation do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
EZShift is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its customers.
All customer data, including personal, business, and operational information, will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal security policies.
EZShift undertakes not to sell, transfer, rent, or disclose customer information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary for the proper provision of the service (such as hosting or payment processing providers operating under confidentiality obligations).
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to safeguard customer data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
